Just realized we have more swords than umbrellas in our umbrella bucket.  

I count five swords, one dagger and only two umbrellas.

I should also point out that of the two umbrellas, only one is functional, whereas all the swords are ready to go!

I'm not exactly sure what this means about my family (or my parenting skills) but I'm pretty sure these swords simply cannot be good news for the rain.

A great time was had by all at our first game night this past Sunday evening. We played Carcassonne: Hunter/Gatherers, Timeline: Inventions , a prototype of a new Anomia variant I'm working on, and also a rather raucous, amusing, and deeply offensive round of Cards Against Humanity.  

All in all it was a great night!

I just started a new MeetUp group called Roslindale Table Top Games.  We'll meet about once a month to play old (and new!)  favorites and also test out some prototypes of new stuff.
